Online Programming
JJG Home Programming
JJG Home Programming is an online programme with a daily session lasting no more than 45 minutes. The programme is designed for someone who wants to workout at home or even in their current gym but lacks inspiration for workouts. Each session requires no equipment therefore suitable for everybody. Each session will have a warm up, a strength based workout (lasting 30 minutes) alongside core strengthening exercises to finish.

JJG Gymnastics Individualised Programming
3 x 1-2 hour sessions a week designed to increase your ability to execute handstands/Handstand walking/upper body strength for pull ups/C2B/Muscle ups.

- Constant communication with myself to help with any questions and catch ups
- Access to the 'TrueCoach' app where you can log and track your workouts.
JJG Individualised Daily Programming
5 sessions a week with 2 rest days (Thursday & Sunday). Every session will have a workout of the day alongside various strength drills which will progress week by week. Similar to the 3 sessions a week programming, we will target your weakness through specific strengthening exercises.
